  • Session notes (kept in brief bullet-point form)

This information is gathered directly from you during consultation and session work.

  • Provide professional therapy, coaching, or consultation services

  • Make suitable recommendations regarding your wellbeing

  • Manage appointments, communication, and follow-up care

Your data is not shared with any third party unless required by law or with your explicit consent.

In accordance with professional insurance guidelines:

  • Adult records are retained for a minimum of seven (7) years following your last session.

  • For minors, records are retained until seven (7) years after reaching the age of 18.

After this period, your records will be securely destroyed.

7. How I Protect Your Data

  • I keep paper-based records only, stored in a locked cabinet to which only I have access.

  • I do not store personal client records electronically.

  • If your mobile number or email address is stored temporarily for appointment purposes, it is deleted once sessions are complete.

  • I do not send personal or sensitive data via email or text.

  • Communication is limited to scheduling, confirmations, or agreed follow-up information.

You have the following rights regarding your personal data:

  • Right to be informed – how your data is collected and used.

  • Right of access – to request a copy of information I hold about you.

  • Right to rectification – to correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
